I’ve not been posting lately with significant personal changes underway.  This morning I ran across this and decided it was time to connect you with this intriguing development in social media and healthcare transformations.  For five years now I have worked with the Long Term Care program here inYavapaiCounty.  Lots of changes have been emerging, particularly in the last couple of years.  What intrigues me about this particular development is how the tools we know are helping us to transform our world into a healthier place for us all are emerging as tools in the world of healthcare.
