In Community!

We’ve moved from the season of giving thanks to the season of gifts and resolutions.  All habits we could integrate into our lives on an ongoing basis!

Everywhere I turn it seems that there are transformations happening that lead me toward faith in our capacity to bring humanity into alignment with the world we live in.  This has been at the core of so much of our continuing discussion each month at YCC.  There is plenty of doom and gloom around us to fill us with foreboding, but I choose not to go there.  It is a choice that reflects the values and beliefs that we continuously explore in our “Forums.”

I continue to watch developments of my friends at “Creating the Future!”  I encourage you to take a look at Hildy’s post of November 28thhttp://hildygottlieb.com/2010/11/28/programs-that-will-create-the-future/

It seemed so aligned with what we have focused on…  Who we are and what we do is all about relationships!

My faith and hope for the future has been even more deeply nurtured by my recent introduction to “Generation We.”  Thanks Maggie!  As a late blooming “boomer” I am happy to extend my hand in partnership for this next generation in transforming our world.  I encourage you all to look deeply:  www.gen-we.com

A wonderful holiday season to you all!  I look forward to our continuing engagements in 2011…

 In Community!
